Our Return Policy – Simple, Sustainable & Fair
We want you to love everything you bring into your life from Khalifa. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You have 21 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
How to Return
To be eligible, your item should be:

In its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a return is easy—just visit our return portal and follow the steps.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label along with instructions. Please note, there is a flat £4.95 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund. items sent back without a return request won’t be accepted.

What If You've Worn Your Item but Want to Return It?
We know that sometimes, things don’t work out the way you expected. If you've worn your item and no longer need it, we’re happy to welcome it back—not as a return, but as part of our effort to keep clothing in circulation.
You can give back any clothing (whether from Khalifa or your own wardrobe), and in return, we’ll send you a voucher to use on future purchases. It’s our way of making sure good clothes find a new home and don’t go to waste. Click here to get started!
If Something’s Not Right
We carefully check every order before it leaves us, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right.
What Can’t Be Returned?

Plantable Eid cards – These are designed to grow, not go back! If you have concerns, reach out, and we’ll do our best to help.

Sale items & gift cards – These are final sale and non-refundable.
Need an Exchange?
The quickest way to get what you need is to return your item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If all looks good, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. (Banks can take a little longer, so give it up to 15 business days before reaching out.)
